About The Position

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment- Front End Loader Operator with at least 6+ months of experience to safely move materials from conveyor belts to the perimeter of the facility using a front-end loader. This role is located at a large recycling facility in Charlotte, NC. The company offers tons of growth potential and promotes from within. This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• At least 6+ months of experience operating a front-end loader.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to consent to a background check.
• Willing to consent to a drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Understanding of safety compliance.
• Safety-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely move materials from conveyor belts to the perimeter of the facility using a front-end loader.
• Perform daily equipment safety inspections.
• Communicate mechanical issues to the maintenance department for repair.
• Perform other warehouse tasks, as needed.
