About The Position

The Front-End Loader Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader to manage raw materials at the concrete batch plant. This position plays a critical role in maintaining consistent material flow for concrete production while supporting overall plant operations. The successful candidate must be dependable, safety-focused, and a strong team player who is willing to assist with a variety of plant-related duties as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating a front end loader in a construction materials, aggregate, mining, or ready mix concrete environment preferred.
Knowledge of safe equipment operation and material handling practices

Responsibilities

Operate a front-end loader to load, unload, move, and stockpile aggregates and other materials used in concrete production
Maintain proper material levels in bins and hoppers to support uninterrupted batching operations
Perform routine daily equipment inspections and report mechanical, safety, or maintenance concerns promptly
Keep the plant yard, material areas, and traffic paths clean, organized, and safe
Assist with management of returned concrete and cleanup activities as directed
Follow all company safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and environmental regulations at all times
Communicate effectively with batch plant operators, truck drivers, supervisors, and other team members
Support general plant operations, housekeeping, and maintenance activities as needed
Assist other departments or plant personnel when required to support efficient facility operations
Perform other duties as assigned or required based on operational needs of the facility
