About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating front end loaders in a safe and efficient manner. This position is responsible for loading, moving, and transporting materials while maintaining productivity and adhering to all safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of front end loader operating experience required.
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in various work environments.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and varying weather environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties as required.
Responsibilities
- Operate a front end loader to move, load, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
- Load trucks, hoppers, bins, and other designated areas with materials.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper operation at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with general labor duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
