The Front End Lead oversees the frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. This role involves coaching, teaching, and developing all frontline team members to ensure excellent member service and the successful execution of membership programs and initiatives. The FEL is responsible for monitoring, driving, and coaching for desired membership and member experience goals and results, ensuring all membership products are offered and member orders/requests are processed positively, timely, and efficiently. The position also includes delegating work, monitoring staffing, and ensuring compliance with operational standards, while providing excellent customer service.
