About The Position

As a Front-End Team Member, you help create a smooth, positive checkout experience by accurately completing customer purchases and providing friendly, efficient assistance. Tasks include scanning items, bagging groceries, answering questions, and helping customers with checkout needs. You also help keep the front end organized, clean, and operating consistently throughout the day. Work may rotate among handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old, or 18 depending on local or state requirements.
• Complete company cashier or front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.
