About The Position

As an In Store Shopper (also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk), you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check quality, and make selections that meet customers’ expectations for accurate and fresh groceries. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating timely handoffs. The work includes shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to continuously move throughout the store, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in different store areas.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing order volumes and priorities.
