About The Position

Ryse Health is seeking a high-talent individual to support the smooth functioning of their clinics in a non-clinical role, called a Front End Coordinator. This role requires the individual to be on-site 3 days a week with 2 days remote. The Front End Coordinator will be the first point of contact for potential patients calling the practice and will be responsible for multiple facets of ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Track record of balancing competing priorities and managing projects to completion in a fast-paced professional environment
• Strong interpersonal instincts and skills
• Passion for the impact of your work on the broader world, and excitement to help reduce the burden of chronic disease

Responsibilities

• Schedule virtual and in-person patient appointments with our care team
• Communicate with and answer questions from existing patients, ensuring they get appropriate support
• Ensure our Northern Virginia and DC locations (currently Tysons Corner, Alexandria, and Metro Center) are well stocked and operating smoothly
