This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The position also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. Additionally, the Front End Ambassador will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance. The Front End Ambassador will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact positively with team members. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
