About The Position
Gold's Gym Tennessee is seeking a Front Desk associate to join their team. This role involves assisting guests with new memberships and members with check-in and general inquiries. The position offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement and professional development. Requirements
- No degree or certification needed.
- Ability to genuinely connect/communicate with and motivate others.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with new memberships.
- Assist members with checking in and answering questions.
- Review the day's assignments with the manager on duty at the start of the shift.
