Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
Nice To Haves
- College coursework in a related field helpful.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free.
- Handle reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels like a star.
- Track logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure all details are handled professionally and quickly.
- Stay informed on rates, packages, and promotions to help boost room revenue and provide guests with good value.
- Build a strong, communicative team and train new associates.
- Address guest concerns or workplace issues with confidence and creativity, while prioritizing safety and standards.
