The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring proper staffing levels of front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling. This role requires a complete understanding of Front Office staff's roles and duties, and the ability to perform them at any given time. The supervisor will accurately manage and operate the MICROS system, check discrepancy reports, and communicate with other departments regarding guest needs. A key part of the role involves cordially greeting and assisting guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel, answering questions, and addressing guest needs.
