The supervisor will also perform front desk agent duties, manage VIP requirements, and ensure adherence to safety and security policies. Additionally, this position involves assisting with team training, coaching, development, and interviewing, while maintaining knowledge of property amenities and preparing daily reports. The role requires understanding and improving front office standards, providing guests with information, completing financial reports, and upholding company policies and standards for appearance and conduct. The supervisor will also foster positive working relationships and perform other duties as assigned.
