The Front Desk Supervisor oversees the front desk agents and operations, including checking guests in and out, reservations, and monitoring of the switchboard, while ensuring overall excellent guest service. This role involves assisting in the overall management of the unit’s operations, including planning and developing daily operations, forecasting, and analyzing sales, labor, and profit; and ensuring compliance with established budget; and scheduling, supervising, and participating in the operational duties specific to the unit. The supervisor will also assist in supervising, training, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing the front desk staff. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries and resolving customer complaints, ensuring all cash and cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced, and maintaining a safe facility environment. The role requires representing the company professionally, overseeing the front desk and lobby area, and assisting in coordinating the Front Desk and the Housekeeping Department.
