JOB SUMMARY The Front Desk represents the College as its first point of contact with the public, both in-person and by phone, performing job duties while exhibiting excellent customer service. The Front Desk assists with monitoring and troubleshooting the telephone system; provides general assistance with advising and registration; stocks the reception area with up-to-date materials and keeps it organized, and ensures that reception duties are covered. Open until filled.
