As an employee in Member Services at Maroon Creek Club, first and foremost is Customer Service. At all times the employee is expected to be pleasant, courteous and helpful to the members & guests of Maroon Creek Club. A positive attitude and willingness to solve problems is key. Excellent phone manners, good communication skills and attention to details are critical. The ability to work as part of a team with all departments is essential to success in this position. Scheduling may require employee to be available early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
