About The Position

As an employee in Member Services at Maroon Creek Club, first and foremost is Customer Service. At all times the employee is expected to be pleasant, courteous and helpful to the members & guests of Maroon Creek Club. A positive attitude and willingness to solve problems is key. Excellent phone manners, good communication skills and attention to details are critical. The ability to work as part of a team with all departments is essential to success in this position. Scheduling may require employee to be available early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Performing opening and closing procedures for the clubhouse.
  • Answering telephones and transferring calls.
  • Booking indoor tennis and pickle ball courts and lessons when the club's tennis pavilion is closed.
  • Booking massages, processing fees and conveying other pertinent information and policies to club members.
  • Answering/returning calls at the tennis pavilion.
  • Booking indoor and outdoor tennis and pickle ball courts.
  • Scheduling lessons.
  • Assisting with tennis events and helping with equipment rentals/purchases, as needed.
