These positions are located in Riverdale, MD. Full-time positions available. Shift times: 0700-1500, 1500-2300, and 2300-0700. Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday. Working a front desk post with minor roving. Handling access control, interacting with visitors, and registration. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. See a different world. Requirements

More than 2 years of security experience.
Must have prior customer service experience.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
Excellent customer service skills.
Comfortable working with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

Working a front desk post with minor roving.
Handling access control, interacting with visitors, and registration.
Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
Preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Providing customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
