About The Position
Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS), is seeking a Front Desk Security Counselor to work in a 24-hour congregate permanent housing setting in the Bronx. This role provides support services to clients living with Serious Mental Illness and in various stages of recovery. The Front Desk Security Counselor's duties include reception, security, crisis intervention, and documenting events occurring in the building. The work is performed in accordance with Office of Mental Health regulations for Licensed Housing as well as CCCS and BOH Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
