About The Position

Our team creates the Golden Experience and WOW customer service that keeps families choosing Goldfish week after week, making learning (and work) FUN! We’re looking for a part time Front Desk Sales & Member Services representative with strong sales skills to join our team! If you love building relationships and helping people find the right solution for their needs and if you’re motivated by accomplishing goals and supporting business growth, this could be the role for you. In this position, you’ll be one of the first people families interact with at Goldfish Swim School. You will be responsible for supporting membership growth and delivering an exceptional family experience through sales, relationship building, and front desk operations.

Responsibilities
- Growing membership by connecting with prospective families and helping them find the right swim lesson program, contacting new inquiries promptly and converting into memberships
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals
- Building relationships with current and prospective members through phone calls, follow-up communication, and in-person interactions
- Delivering exceptional customer service while answering questions and resolving concerns
- Processing registrations, scheduling lessons, and supporting front desk operations, maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative responsibilities
- Coordinating birthday parties and in-school special events
- Creating a welcoming, clean, and organized environment for members and guests
- Supporting a positive team culture and contribute to the overall Goldfish experience
