We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and goal-oriented Wellness Coordinator to join our team! This is not a traditional front desk position—it's a customer-focused role where building relationships and confidently educating patients about chiropractic care, wellness plans, and treatment recommendations are key to success. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment, and is motivated by achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus
  • Retail, hospitality, fitness, or sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with patients by confidently recommending wellness plans, memberships, and care packages.
  • Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales goals through patient education and exceptional customer service.
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
  • Greet, check in, and engage every patient, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions and membership needs.
  • Re-engage inactive patients and members through phone calls, texts, and other outreach efforts.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives, community events, and patient outreach.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
  • Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
