About The Position
The Lash Lounge is seeking a motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator for their Prosper and McKinney salons. This is a full-time, revenue-generating role focused on sales, converting leads, and driving revenue. The position requires a sales-driven mindset, comfort with outbound calling, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. The Front Desk Sales Coordinator will be the friendly face of the brand, responsible for selling services and memberships, making outbound calls, and delivering a luxury guest experience.
Requirements
- Sales-driven mindset — non-negotiable
- Experience in sales, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness or beauty
- Comfortable with outbound calling and closing
- Strong multitasking & communication skills
- Able to work evenings & weekends

Responsibilities
- Sell full sets, refills, upgrades, retail & memberships
- Make daily outbound calls, texts & emails to leads
- Follow structured follow-up cadences
- Convert first-time visitors into long-term members
- Book appointments in person, by phone & through CRM
- Deliver a luxury guest experience from check-in to checkout
- Support lash artists and maintain a clean, organized front desk
