About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a professional, motivated, and outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate to join their team in Stamford. As the first point of contact for patients, the associate will be the face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported. The role is responsible for driving the 'vibe' and efficiency of the clinic, acting as a brand ambassador, problem solver, and key player in managing the patient community.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Greeting patients with a smile, managing the check-in/out process, and maintaining a clean, inviting clinic environment.
Confidently explaining subscription models and wellness packages to new patients to help them commit to long-term care.
Managing the 'walk-in' traffic flow to ensure patients are seen efficiently by Doctors of Chiropractic.
Handling phone inquiries, managing patient records with high attention to detail, and processing payments accurately.
Owning clinic Social Media accounts and occasionally participating in local events to promote the benefits of routine chiropractic care.
