About The Position

Are you high-energy, incredibly organized, and obsessed with helping people crush their fitness goals? As an Orangetheory Sales Associate you’ll be the heartbeat of the front desk. You’ll partner directly with the Studio Manager to keep the studio running, and ensure every member walks in and out of our doors with a smile. This is a 20-30 hour-per-week position perfect for someone who loves fitness, leadership, and making things run like clockwork.

Requirements

Welcoming, dependable, and genuinely excited to support both our staff and our members.
You can spot a messy process and fix it, and you don't sweat the details.
You lead by example. There is nothing you see that 'isn't your job' because you take ownership of your daily operations with a positive attitude.
You are available to work an average of 20-30 hours per week, with some weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Keep the energy high at the front desk.
Run the daily show—from checking in members and answering sales calls to keeping client accounts up to date and handling cash.
Help the Studio succeed in monthly goals for Membership Retentions, New Sales, Revenue and other Retail sales.
