Requirements

Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments
Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from clients
Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community at events
