This role is all about connecting with potential members, sharing the benefits of Pilates, and driving the growth of our studio community.

Requirements

• Strong background in sales, customer service, or fitness (fitness experience a plus, but not required).
• Excellent communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Goal-oriented and competitive, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable using studio software and basic computer programs.
• Professional, reliable, and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Club Pilates. Welcome prospective clients, give engaging studio tours, and build lasting connections.
• Drive sales across memberships, retail, and private training.
• Work the full sales process: contacting leads, book classes, follow up, and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to keep members coming back.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events, health fairs, and local promotions.
• Hit and exceed personal and team sales goals while growing your skills as a sales professional.
