What You’ll Earn $14–$16 per hour + 10% commission on retail sales Earn up to $260 per month ($3,120 per year) in membership sales commission alone Unlimited earning potential — the more memberships and retail you sell, the more you make This is a sales-driven role with real earning opportunity for motivated team members. The Role As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide) , you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue. You will: Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression Customize each guest’s massage experience Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness Book appointments and manage the front desk flow Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance.
