About The Position

As an Orangetheory Sales Associate, you will be the heartbeat of the front desk, partnering directly with the Studio Manager to ensure the studio runs smoothly and every member has a positive experience. This is a 20-30 hour-per-week position ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness, leadership, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for leading the energy at the front desk, managing daily operations, and contributing to the studio's sales goals.

Requirements

  • High-energy, incredibly organized, and obsessed with helping people crush their fitness goals.
  • Available to work an average of 20-30 hours per week, with some weekend availability.
  • Welcoming, dependable, and genuinely excited to support both staff and members.
  • Ability to spot a messy process and fix it; detail-oriented.
  • Leads by example and takes ownership of daily operations with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Vibe: Keep the energy high at the front desk.
  • Master the Desk: Run the daily show—from checking in members and answering sales calls to keeping client accounts up to date and handling cash.
  • Lean into your Sales Prowess: Help the Studio succeed in monthly goals for Membership Retentions, New Sales, Revenue and other Retail sales.
