About The Position

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-focused Sales & Front Desk Associate who thrives in a sales-driven environment and loves connecting with others. This is a front-line role where you’ll confidently sell memberships, build relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every single day. Requirements

  • Strong sales confidence (membership sales experience is a big plus!)
  • Customer service background (retail, restaurant, or similar fast-paced environments)
  • Comfort with computers and scheduling systems
  • A genuine passion for dogs and their health & wellness
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment
  • A natural people person who builds connections easily
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic about selling and educating customers
  • High-energy and self-motivated—you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who jumps in to help wherever needed

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales through confident conversations and education on dog health & wellness
  • Consistently hit and exceed key performance metrics (average ticket, rebook rate, add-ons, and retail sales)
  • Generate and follow up on leads to grow the membership base
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer records efficiently
  • Handle daily cash responsibilities with accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional service by managing expectations, resolving concerns, and retaining memberships
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Support your team and take on additional responsibilities as needed
