About The Position

At Gloloft, we help our clients look and feel their best through customized airbrush tanning and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No tanning experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training and will teach you everything you need to know to become a successful Glo Specialist.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable talking with clients and making recommendations
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the studio as needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, beauty, or fitness is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
• Checking clients in and out using our booking system
• Performing customized airbrush tanning services after completing training
• Answering questions about services, memberships, products, and appointments
• Assisting clients with membership options and service recommendations
• Responding to calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Restocking products and supplies as needed
• Supporting studio goals through outstanding customer service and client retention
