About The Position
The Front Desk Representative at La Posada is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for residents, families, guests, and team members. As the face of our community, this role plays a key part in fostering a friendly, secure, and engaging environment while supporting daily operations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. This is a part-time position with various shifts available, including evenings and weekends.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred
- Req. 21yo for Valet Parking
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
- Take the lead in the day-to-day administration of the move-in and welcome process
- Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
- Audit records and files
