About The Position

This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression of our establishment, and the Front Desk Representative will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, manage reservations, and address inquiries and requests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and booking software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions securely and responsibly.
