About The Position

Are you a friendly, organized person who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly?

Frenchies Modern Nail Care in Smyrna is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge to create a welcoming experience for our guests and help keep our salon running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and staying active throughout the day.

We are an established salon with a loyal guest base, membership program, and front desk systems that help keep the studio running smoothly.

Full-time and part-time positions available. This role is a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable full-time position or a flexible part-time schedule.

This is not a desk-only receptionist role. Our concierge supports both the front desk and the studio floor to help maintain Frenchies’ high sanitation standards.

This role is active and hands-on.
Most of the shift involves standing, moving throughout the studio, assisting guests, and helping maintain the cleanliness of the salon.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Must be available
• Wednesdays and Thursdays 2pm - 6:30pm
• Sunday: 2pm - 6:30pm

Nice To Haves

• Retail, restaurant, fitness studio, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
• Help guests book services and answer questions
• Educate guests about the Frenchies Polish Pass membership program
• Check on guests during services to ensure they are comfortable
• Support studio cleanliness and organization
• Laundry
• Sanitizing tools and pedicure bowls
• Sweeping and mopping after services
• Keeping the studio clean and organized
