This role seeks a professional, bright, and enthusiastic individual with excellent people and communication skills to play a vital role in the efficient operation of our practice and to shape the patient experience through friendly, professional, and attentive interactions. The Front Desk Receptionist will coordinate patient flow, assist with payments, help with billing and insurance, schedule appointments, maintain patient charts, and perform various other administrative tasks. Specifically, the Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, completing check-in and check-out processes, entering new patient information, reviewing charts for accuracy and verification, ensuring all signatures are obtained, and collecting payments.
