About The Position

We are looking for a professional and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our senior living community. This role involves creating a positive first impression for residents, families, guests, and visitors, while also providing essential administrative and concierge-style support.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, families, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Create a welcoming environment for all visitors
  • Manage appointment books for doctors, beauty/barber services, and resident requests
  • Assist residents with concierge-style services such as transportation arrangements, newspaper deliveries, and telephone/cable concerns
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area
  • Respond professionally during emergencies and understand emergency call systems
  • Assist with marketing inquiries and community initiatives
  • Work closely with leadership and staff to support daily operations
