About The Position

Frenchies Modern Nail Care in Smyrna is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge to create a welcoming experience for guests and ensure the salon runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and staying active. The salon has established systems and a loyal guest base. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering a stable position or a flexible schedule. This is not solely a desk job; the concierge also supports the studio floor to maintain high sanitation standards, including laundry, sanitizing tools, sweeping, mopping, and general cleanliness.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Must be available Tuesday 8:30am - 1pm, Wednesdays 8:30am - 2:15pm, Thursdays 2pm - 8pm, Saturday: 8:30am - 2:15pm
• Reliability and respect for everyone's time

• Retail, restaurant, fitness studio, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
• Help guests book services and answer questions
• Educate guests about the Frenchies Polish Pass membership program
• Check on guests during services to ensure they are comfortable
• Help with inventory, including restocking retail and supplies
• Support studio cleanliness and organization
• Laundry
• Sanitizing tools and pedicure bowls
• Sweeping and mopping after services
• Keeping the studio clean and organized
