Our Chapman BMW on Camelback team in Phoenix is currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our dealership. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping ensure every guest receives a welcoming and professional dealership experience. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both in person and over the phone)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member
Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquires
Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services, and overdue appointments
Support customer satisfaction goals by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
Assist with managing loaner vehicle fleet coordination
Complete basic administrative tasks such as filing repair orders and clerical support
