About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat greeter to work at a medical facility in the Holyoke, MA area. Shifts are seven days a week. The current need is Monday - Wednesday - Friday 1pm to 11pm and Saturday 6:45am - 2pm or 1:45pm - 9pm. All applicants are required to work at least 1 weekend shift. All employees are hired on a 30-day trial period. If during that time the employee does not perform their duties to the satisfaction of management, they can be terminated without cause. Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Good references from previous employers
• A neat appearance
• Outstanding attitude
• Prepared to come to work with a smile and a good attitude each shift
• Must work at least 1 weekend shift

Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome
• Ask screening questions to ensure safety
• Provide Directions to Hospital Facilities, referencing a directory
• Call for interpreter services as needed
• Lobby Tasks (Cleaning, Organizing, and Basic operations)
• Answer incoming calls and Book transportation services as needed
• Be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor
