Requirements

Minimum 5 years of managing a team of at least 5 people
Ability to troubleshoot technology
Interface with high level of customer service
Desire to find solutions that arise and make decisions with confidence
Be a hands on contributor with a proactive mindset
Possess the ability to recognize, understand and influence the emotions of yourself and others
Charismatic leader with the ability to train and mentor others
