Be the first impression that stays. As our Front Desk Office Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the guest experience - from seamless check-in to genuine, memorable service. You'll set the tone for our hotel and inspire a team to deliver excellence every single day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with GDS and hotel franchise systems
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to lift or carry items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own all Front Office operations - guest registration, room inventory, service standards, cost controls, and marketing initiatives.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of up to 15 Guest Service Agents, building a culture of high performance and hospitality.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; monitor satisfaction trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage franchise systems, GDS, and all booking channels; oversee revenue capture and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain all hardware, software, and point-of-sale equipment; ensure team knowledge is always current.
  • Oversee audit procedures, accounts reconciliation, month-end processes, and A/R transfers.
  • Uphold hotel safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times.
