Requirements

  • Enrolled in a hospitality management or related program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Eligibility for internship program based on university or college requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns or requests.
  • Assist in managing reservations and updating guest profiles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Continuously learn and develop skills under the guidance of experienced team members.
