Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering questions
• Taking messages for staff
• Speaking with customers about their desired services
• Giving them pricing information
• Upselling beauty treatments
• Generating quotes
• Figuring out wait times
• Assisting with general cleaning duties
• Maintaining a positive, seamless retail environment
