About The Position

Beso Del Sol Resort is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Guest Services Agent to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests experience the highest standard of hospitality. The position involves working directly with guests, providing excellent service, and coordinating with other departments to maintain the resort's high standards.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management, or at least 1 year of front desk hotel experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming personality.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic social media skills.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Capable of working flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and friendliness, in person and over the phone, ensuring a memorable stay.
