About The Position

Precision Imaging Centers is looking for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our Gate Parkway team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience from check-in through completion of their visit. As a Front Desk Guest Ambassador, you will help ensure smooth daily operations by providing outstanding customer service, coordinating patient appointments, and supporting the overall patient experience in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with computer systems and basic office applications
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide a positive first impression
Manage patient registration and update insurance and demographic information
Schedule appointments and efficiently handle incoming phone calls
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Educate patients on available services and encourage feedback and reviews
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Support daily office operations and workflow as needed
