This role is crucial in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk, managing communications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to handle phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling mail.
  • Coordinate with various departments to assist visitors and resolve their inquiries.
