Requirements

Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Dependable and able to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and adaptable, ready to support a busy practice
Outgoing and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

Manage patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling
Handle insurance posting, billing, and account aging
Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and assisting patients
Support office operations and help maintain smooth workflow
Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive patient experience
