This position involves checking in patients, verifying insurances, making confirmations calls, providing exceptional customer service, managing patient interactions, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of our practice. The front desk receptionist will work closely with the front office team and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless communication and care delivery.

  • Offer clear and affordable financing options to ensure treatment is accessible for all patients.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and medical histories.
  • Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Manage office tasks such as clerical duties, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Process patient information with accuracy using 10-key typing skills for data entry.
  • Support coding processes for insurance claims and billing purposes.
  • Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
