Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales
Responsibilities
- Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, responsible for kiddos getting to correct classes on pool deck
- Sharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase sale transactions
- Provide assistance to students to and from the pool area to maintain a strict schedule that ensures lessons begin and end on time safely
- Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition
- Coordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals
