About The Position

Kidzoola is hiring a part-time Front Desk / Client Care Assistant to join our family-owned pediatric therapy clinic. We offer a fun and flexible work environment in a beautiful Missoula clinic space filled with natural light and positive vibes. This role reports to the Client Care Manager and supports front desk operations including scheduling, client intakes, daily flow, and administrative support.

Requirements

  • A self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy front desk setting
  • Great with children and families

Nice To Haves

  • Front desk, receptionist, or scheduling experience
  • Experience working with kids or families
  • Scheduling software / EMR experience is a plus
