About The Position

If that sounds like you, we'd love for you to bring that passion to The Joint Chiropractic - St Augustine as a Wellness Coordinator — our title for this front desk role. This position is equal parts hospitality, sales, and community-building. You'll be the first face patients see when they walk through our door — and the reason many of them keep coming back. You'll help people understand the life-changing value of consistent chiropractic care, guide them into the right membership plan, and keep our clinic running smoothly every shift. You'll earn a competitive hourly rate with commission tied to membership sales, so strong performers are rewarded for their results. And as a team member, you'll have access to free chiropractic care — because we believe in what we do. NOTE: This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with at least one year of sales or customer-facing experience who is ready to hit the ground running.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale software and basic computer tools
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others
  • A team player who brings positive energy to every shift

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing or community outreach experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and new patients and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Present and sell wellness memberships and visit packages with confidence
  • Guide patients through check-in and manage clinic flow efficiently
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and memberships
  • Re-engage lapsed members and follow up on open leads
  • Educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care
  • Support local marketing efforts and community outreach events
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and patient-ready at all times
  • Keep management informed of patient concerns and member feedback
