About The Position

Mac Properties is seeking a FULL-TIME Front Desk Coordinator for their St. Louis location. This role operates on a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with a pay rate of $18/hour. The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for bringing positive energy to each interaction, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued. This position is an integral part of creating authentic experiences for residents and guests, involving greeting arrivals, assisting with residential service needs, ensuring comfort and welcome, providing information, and maintaining building safety and security.

Requirements

  • People Person: Ability to create experiences that go beyond the expected.
  • Great communicator: Ability to communicate professionally and through legible writing.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience passionately providing customer service to others.
  • Basic knowledge of front desk equipment, including computer and telephone systems.
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background investigation prior to employment.
  • Receipt of satisfactory responses to reference requests.
  • Provision of satisfactory proof of an applicant's identity and legal authority to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically welcome residents and guests, anticipate their needs, provide professional and courteous service, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of building procedures, features, and security practices.
  • Ensure security protocol is adhered to regarding granting building access, issuing keys, announcing visitors, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
  • Maintain and uphold a high standard for building curb appeal by conducting routine inspections of all community amenities and common areas, and working with the service team and other Associates to ensure that all areas are well-maintained.
  • Report any building hazards, risks, or accidents as required.
  • Submit service requests for any maintenance/housekeeping issues.
  • Handle package deliveries by accepting and logging packages for residents.
  • Answer the telephone, forward calls, and take messages when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
