This position is responsible for providing assistance and excellent customer service to our Club Members and guests. This position has frequent interactions with numerous departments to assure appropriate information is obtained and distributed. The Front Desk Concierge will ensure that all products, information, scheduling, and operations of the front desk meet a specific and high quality standard. They will act as an intermediary between membership and athletic club staff, and assist communication between all areas of the Athletic Club as well as all departments throughout the property. The role requires a thorough knowledge of the various happenings at the club, such as Special Events; Aquatics, Tennis, Golf and Fitness Information and Schedules; and various other Club related information. The Front Desk Concierge must maintain a professional, courteous, attentive, expedient and enthusiastic demeanor to ensure each Member and Guest receives excellent customer service.
